I purchased this because I need to loose some pounds. I took a couple and didn't really notice a difference, so I just forgot about them. But then I really needed to get serious, so I started taking them everyday like it says to do. Now I see a big difference. I feel full and don't want to eat as much. So I am on to my next bottle.

Not sure how much it helps... I feel like it’s helped my hair and skin feel healthier. But will update if I see a big difference.

I used this product for nearly a year and saw some considerable growth on my classic male pattern bald spot. My crown is still thinner than the rest, but new growth continues to sprout. I appreciate that this supplement does not stink like several others that I have tried, and it is gentle on my stomach.

My hair has never grown fast, but after taking this I did notice it started to grow a little faster and even got compliments from other people.

Capsule easy to swallow. I’m using a few items along with this product and I’m seeing some positive results.
