Waste of money.
Too stretchy to actually adhere the heel of the insole to your foot. And if you tighten it, it cuts off circulation around the ankles. It's just a gimmick.

Strap Up
Great support. I had a game the other day and honestly would've rolled my ankle worse is I hand had them on since my shoes are low cut. Great purchase with insole I'm keeping it!

Velco not holding
Velcro comes undone once sweat gets on them. Son used it for basketball due previous injury. Mid way through game his brace kept unstrapping. It had to be removed. Tired next day and same thing kept happening.
