Why did Amazon disregard my instructions and leave it at the front door of a public building?

I would complain direct to Amazon. The seller doesn’t have any control over the Amazon drivers. If you go into your account and click on the product you bought there should be an area to leave feedback about the driver.

The plush does not talk or make sounds.
