Plasti-kote 173 400ml Glitter Effect - Silver

Love this stuff. I am making centrepieces for my wedding and this adds great glittery coverage in one spray. Also used to add some sparkle to my christmas cards. Easy to use with a little practice and gives great coverage. I had my previous can for a couple of years before I killed it off with my current, highly glittery project

So when I first used it, I spray painted my handles and it was sliding off like it wasn’t sticking. But then I looked on google on how to prep metal for spray paint, you just need to sand it down first then spray. After that it worked like a treat. Mu Chester drawers look amazing!

Gave an interesting bare metal finish to a model aeroplane, but not very smooth. Shake well, or you get all the glitter in one go followed by grey paint!!!

The Quality of the Glitter is excellent.But you do need, a Good Silver base colour first,As this is just Glitter effect, with a Clear Base.The Cans Spray nozzle, gives you a good Fan of paint.It cost a little more, but is well worth it.Overall Very Pleased with the finish.

When it came was just a glitter spray so clear with silver glitter didnt really do what I wanted

great item, though i would recommend that you use a silver spray paint as a base then spray this on top

Having purchased this to provide a silver glitter finish to a wood carving and having followed the instructions, I was aghast to find that the bulk of the output from this spray is a matt looking battleship grey with occasional flecks. Nothing like the quality normally provided by Plasti-kote and perhaps a clear spray with glitter would have been a better option? Very, very disappointed indeed.
