This bottle of Black Seed oil is all in German and does not have any directions on how to take it. It is a good product and having taken Black Seed oil for sometime I already knew how to take it. It is normally taken with warm water or honey, you should be able to get instructions on the net.I ordered a bottle of this twice, a bottle for my son to improve digestion. He took a 5ml spoon 3 times a day after each meal and found it very good for this. It is also good for strengthening the immune system. I found it particularly helpful at the beginning of a dry tickly cough. I took a teaspoon neat, it stings a little but after doing it a couple of times, it's hardly noticeable. I would gargle with it, swishing it around in my mouth for a few minutes before spitting it out. Then I would take another teaspoon and swallow, while it slowly trickles down the throat. Anything I had to drink would be taken before so that the oil is left as long as possible in the throat. This is even better to do the last thing before going to bed. If I woke up with a cough, taking a spoon of the oil would result in stopping the cough. After doing this a few times, you should feel, phlegm loosening and coming away from your throat.

Yes a lot has been said about black seed oil and a lot's been written from curing all diseases to increasing your sex drive. But you can only know if you experiment with it yourself according to your needs. Personally, I think its biggest benefit is that over time, with regular intake, black seed oil makes your immune system stronger by boosting the cells that fight bacteria and viruses.Basically, if you take a teaspoon regularly it will gradually make your immune system stronger over time preventing illness and disease. Off-course a good diet and a healthy lifestyle is also important. It has many other applications but you will need to do your own research on how much, how regularly and for how long you need use black seed oil to achieve a certain goal. Like most other oils, you will probably have to mix it with other oils and ingredients to get a certain effect.Bottom line, it will work if you are sound of mind and know how to make its use according to the situation. On a personal note, I would recommend taking it regularly with Manuka honey (which is expensive) to boost your immune system and to energize your body.

they say belief kills and cures, but I decided to try this out and I believe it works well in supplementing the health of my immune system. On the other hand I am taking a fair amount of other supplemental things, so I cannot say as a guarantee that this has done very much good to my health. I am aware it is not a very good review, but it is only one persons opinion on what they have observed.I had stopped giving my children Vitamins and started giving them a teaspoonful of this/day. The older one stopped taking it because of it's bitter taste and she caught a cold. Normally she recovers quickly, but she took a whole week to recover. I may just give it another go, in the winter months as another trial.

I originally bought This to help my daughter , her immune system is very low after avin phneumonia and is always ill .Juz half a teaspoon with honey morning and nite and so far she asnt had anything !I also have been using this for 1 week now as a weight loss drink , hot water , munuka honey , cinnamon and fresh lemon juice . 1 cup every morning and I feelFab ! No bloated tummy and feel trimmed . Havnt weighed myself yet . Can do loads with oil just look up

Is doing the job for which it was bought. I have to take it with a little honey. I will buy it again. I do not speak German, but internet was helpful with info about dosage etc.

I started taking 2 spoons of this oil in the morning a few months ago. Like most things I try I am fairly sceptical of any benefits. But at 47 I was considering HRT to try and stop the ludicrous amount of random bleeding I was experiencing. Since taking this oil daily my menstrual cycle has completed stabilized and no spotting. I genuinely can't think of anything else I have done or taken that would have made this difference. Amazing stuff.

Not sure how long will take to notice effects of this superior oil!Only time will tell ??However it claims to reduce tumours for cancer sufferers, Anti- inflammatory, Anti-oxidant , aids colds & flu symtoms, anxiety & depression , High blood pressure, headaches and migraines ...the list includes over 50 common illnesses...Definitely worth trying as wont have the large no. of side effects of medication!!!
