Water Softener Test kit

Really simple to use, works very well. Good value and prompt delivery.

Tablets work fine but plastic bag that is used to test water had holes that sprayed out water.These were caused by staples the held the instructions.No problems as any plastic container will work.Good value.

As others have said, the bag leaks like a sieve. Once I taped up the holes, the tablets did their job and accurately indicated soft & hard water

As I have a water softener which is several years old, I needed a non expensive way of testing if it was performing correctly although the water did feel soft it was not an accurate method. These tablets were just what I wanted, and they worked just I expected and confirmed chemically the my softener was still working correctly. All this for so little outlay and something that I would recommend and will certainly reorder in the future

I hardly ever leave a negative review but ..... received item today, filled with water to the red line and water pouring out of the bottom of the supplied bag. Not just a little drip, but pouring out.There are only two elements to this item --- the tablets, and the bag you put them in to. If you can't get both these elements right then don't bother. I certainly shan't !!!

The instructions are not clear: "The water should turn blue on either the first or second tablet." Is the second tablet added to the same sample or to a new sample ?

Quick testing to make sure water softener is working. Easy to follow instructions and about the cheapest supplier I have found.

Works exactly like the BWT test tablets with blue to purple results so they're much better that the dip-stick testers where you have to judge varying shades of brown. Pity they don't include a plastic test bottle, even so I'd buy this kit again.
