First open the 5 outer heads, press outward and pull up the outer head and open them one by one. Then turn the center head counterclockwise to open it. Clean the blade heads in time to maintain the best performance of the shaver

Where did the beard go? How to clean them？

The bristles & hair follicles are trapped inside each Rotary Blade Heads. And to clean the Heads....the heads are all connected to a Main Spindle of which you just Pull away from the Main body of the Razor .....open up each individual Rotary blade heads (instructions come with the Razor), and rinse under running tap water....or use the small brush to brush away the Hair Follicles Debris, Rinse & air dry for Continuing Use.
