I really liked this travel mug and used it all the time - until I lost the lid. As others have mentioned, the lid can be quite loose and it must have fallen off when I removed the cup from my bag to get my purse. Unfortunately I didn't notice and the cup is now useless. I emailed to ask if I could purchase or obtain a replacement lid but no reply. I am not sure whether I will replace it as the price has gone up quite a bit since I bought it only a few months ago and competitors such as KeepCup are now more economic. A shame, as I did love the design, and was asked quite regularly where I got it.

I love and hate it at the same time. When it's freshly cleaned sitting on my desk with the perfectly made coffee I feel like this is one of the best drink containers you could ever buy. Cleaning by hand is something you have to figure out since the lower portion of the inside has a restrictive diameter. Still.. No condensation, minimal leaks when it falls on the side and a decent price. Highly recommend buying it.

I need something with a lid at work so I bought one of these...but lost the lid pretty quickly, it's quite loose and doesn't stay on very well. I did actually like the cup though so just bought a second one, and used the original in the house. And you can guess it, 2nd lid missing, and then both of these smashed pretty quick. I think the quality is just lacking.

Didn't want plastic cup so got this. was great for a month till my bag which had cup in slip out if hands and it broke into a million bits, wasn't even a hard fall. so if u are getting this, don't carry it about as at so soon point it will find the floor and end up being a waste of money. also the lid is loose. a but too loose for my liking. I'm having to go vack to plastic now.

very impressed. leak free lid, very well insulated due to the double wall ( don't worry about the small rubber grip because the glass body is never more than lukewarm to the touch) Haven't dropped it yet but i'd fancy it's chances. Only downside is slight taste of the lid (hoping it will disappear in time) but far less intrusive than that of a plastic/ metal mug

This is great design only one slight problem the lid fits but not as secure as I would of imagined it to fit although having said that it does not spill so all in all a great product cutting out unnecessary use of paper takeaway cups

I recently purchased this mug for my husband who likes to brew his own coffee at work daily. Originally he had an off brand plastic cup, but I got tired of trying to wash off the coffee stubborn coffee stains that had tainted this old, white cup. Thus far, this cup has done an excellent job, keeping coffee, tea and soup warm for 2-3 hours; it hasn't been tested much longer past this time constraint. The lid and rubber grip around the cup are easy to clean and easy to handle. I might get one for myself too. Great value for this nifty mug.

Great looking mug works a treat, however on small draw back.The lid doesn't fit very well. The material is too flexible and won't grip sufficiently to the inside of the mug.Maybe a stiffer lid or a second seal would remedy the problem.
