Best buy product in tablet
Very usefull product, don't think twice between android tablet and windows tablet / PC go for the windows tablet PC .... At First I was going to buy samsung s9 ultra but i am very thank ful to amazon suggestion I bought this windows tablet.

Battery withstand capacity and more not good for me
Very bad claim by Microsoft surface..worst battery performance..Battery withstand capacity. Not an user friendly tab also each and every apps are chargeable. Too expensive for those who already have worked with non-MS laptop

The quality of the product is superb.

Good product to use..... but no screen protection
Very good product. But the screen has no protection at all. No reviewer in youtube mentioned this. I would not have bought it if I knew about this issue. My screen got shattered when the chathing adaptor pin fall on it from less than 15cm high. Screen repair cost is damn expensive too.

poor service and customer support
Poor customer support and service support. My surface developed some hardware issue (small white area on display) and I contacted microsoft support. interesting thing is you need to send your product via courier and then they will repair it and return it. While they will pickup and deliver it via fedex or some courier but there is high probability that this high cost item will not come in original shape if you don't have original packing or don't pack properly (we are not packing expert).High uncertainty proposition. I had apple phone and just went to nearest service/shop and they did the job well, not going to buy any microsoft or google device. Google devices are also the worst in reliability and service support.

Don't buy this product, it is not worth for this money.... I brought this product it is very heat while using within in 5 min.
