So far, sooo good. This is my first masticating juicer and I love the technology. I have used this slow masticating juicer three times now and I am well pleased with the performance and the juice yield. Thus far I have juiced greens, celery, ginger, lemon, apples, cucumber, and broccoli, and carrots. This juicer took on each of them with ease.. The juice maintained its refridgerated temperature because the slow masticating action does not create heat. The wide mouth chute cuts down on prep time. The machine is very heavy, feels solid, runs quietly, and is very attractive. I am very happy with my choice despite my hesitation because of the unrecognized brand.

Terrible juicer! Stalls when juicing anything hard like carrots and clogs really fast with celery. The juice that it produces is really warm and is full of pulp. (Both size filters)I was looking forward to using this and extremely disappointed. Design is majorly flawed.*not to mention / a pain to clean. So many parts its crazy.
