A fantastic Bible that answers some of the hard questions
This is a fantastic Bible for a young Christian who wants to ask the hard questions. While its target audience is mainly high school or college students, it has great info for those who might be new to the Bible. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that it is a large print as well. I am adding a picture to compare it to my (in)Courage Bible. If you are considering this as a gift, I would suggest a different cover. The paperback version seems to be inconsistent with quality. Mine didn’t come in too bad of shape. There were a few bent corners. And the glue from the front binding is already separated upon arrival. Luckily I got this just as a resource for the articles inside. I would be upset if it was not in pristine condition otherwise. I am giving five stars because that is based on the content. I am not taking the minor physical flaws into consideration.

Fantastic Bible for anyone
This Bible has a lot of resources and study materials for all ages but it's targeted for young students. My daughter loves the articles and various ways the editors and contributors have added sections to help understand the content and context. It's a very good Bible for anyone but especially for preteens through young adults.

Have a question? The answer can be found here
We live in a crazy world full of people ready to give objections to our faith. Every person (teen and adult) should own this Bible, it discusses the most common questions/concerns from the top apologists so you can fulfill 1 Peter 3:15 when needed.

My favorite
I love the extra's in this one. Answering common questions. And the archeological finds.

Not for newbies to The Holy Bible! I prefer NLT or NIV translations.
I ordered this as a first time Bible reader, new Christian. At first it was ok, but the notes at the bottom of the pages don't cover most of the verses that I needed help understanding further. However, I do like the blue pages that answer some important questions new Christians may have. It's also important to note that the translation is unique in that it is NOT any of the known translations such as ESV, NIV or NLT. I find this translation to be more difficult to understand than NIV and NLT. I would not recommend this version for newbies to the Word but maybe as a comparison to other translations. So I decided to get a true study Bible to go further into explanations and actual life application.
