My ayurvedic doctor prescribed me this medicine for PCOD treatment. The dosage advised was 2 tablets twice daily morning and evening after food. This worked for me along with daily walking of 20 minutes. If I skipped walking since I was lazy, the periods get delayed by a week. So to get it on time, do daily walks when your not on your periods. I am taking since 3 months. Got periods for all these 3 months. Works but its a bit expensive compared to allopathic medicines. But this ayurveda has no side effects. Rs 700 per month these tablets costs for regular periods. I buy for 2 months at a time.
