Very long lasting battery. Connects first time every time. But when I charged my phone from it for over an hour, it overheated and shut down. It wouldn't turn back on until cooler, which was a few HOURS later. Strange. Apart from this it take its SUPERB and I would recommend.I subscribed to the GoData plan. £7 per month, until I decide to cancel. However, if you run out before the month, you can buy another £7 (1gb worth) but this runs out when your normal data would run out. I ran out 2 days before my. Monthly renewal and therefore this additional data only lasts for 2 days in this instance. Bit of a waste.If it could run for 30 days BESIDE the monthly data it would be BRILLIANT.Very bulky. Won't fit in pocket. But glad I bought it.

Awful. Signal is incredible unreliable, even in Singapore, one of the most developed countries in the world, with some of the most heavily fortified infrastructure, but that's just the start of it; the real negative about the Skyroam Solis is that IT IS NOT UNLIMITED! It is marketed as unlimited, for up to five devices, so I subscribed to the (already quite expensive) 'unlimited' 30 day plan for a 3 week trip I am currently on, to Singapore, Cambodia and Laos, in that order. The first day, in Singapore, the internet slows down DRAMATICALLY to the point of being UNUSABLE. How could this be?, you might think. Well, it turns out that 'unlimited' means no such thing, and that after 500MB of data it slows to a restricted, bottom-of-the-priority-list, CRAWL. Awful. As the saying goes "the only thing worse than no internet is bad internet". Well, prepare to be frustrated if you buy this product. Do yourself a favour. Save your money.

I travel a lot and was looking for a data roaming solution with as wide coverage as possible but at less than the very expensive rates charged by my network provider. This provides 500 MB per day and you only pay for the days you use at 9 US dollars per day. They say unlimited data but after 500MB it's slow. I don't need video streaming so 500MB in a day is plenty for web browsing,emails, maps, travel apps etc. Easy to set up. Used it for the first time in Argentina where it connected straight away with a reliable and fast 4G connection. Overall very happy with it

I used the device in Spain and entered code for one days use and after an hour the connection slowed right down and asked me to pay another day to have what I deem normal speed - not impressed

Extremely unsatisfied. the service worked for the first 30 minutes and all was fine. as soon as I purchased 30 days of coverage the service slowed down so much it is un-usable. I emailed the support team to ask what was going on and they said that I've reached the usage limit and it will reset tomorrow. it's an extremely expensive product to be paying $10USD a day for 30 minutes of usage (what later turned out to be 500meg) and then being told that I need to wait until tomorrow for it to start working again.They advertise that on the slower speeds it still is fine for web browsing and things like whatsapp, but it's not. I cant even send a whatsapp message, because everything just shows as 'no connection'

Simply not enough data available on the day passes. Sometimes I have had to use 3-4 day passes in one day - some even lasting no more than 30 minutes.I have had to revert to buying data sim cards for my Huawei dongle in every country I visit.

I have been working in Indonesia and when away from WiFi, the device has performed flawlessly.Only feed back I would give is it seems to only be using 3G and not 4G but that could be a local network issue and personally I’d like to status webpage to show data used per day pass and maybe bandwidth/network speed.Great overall though!!!

It has speed limitation after 200-300 MB of use. Unlimited day pass with 30-40 kb/s...

Lo he usado hasta la fecha en diferentes ciudades de Turquía, en Londres, en Ámsterdam, en Varsovia y Cracovia (Polonia) y funciona excelente. Compro el paquete de 30 días y lo cancelo llegando a Mexico de regreso, aún cancelado, sigue con disponibilidad de GB hasta la fecha contratada

We bought it for our trip to Europe. It worked everywhere we went, except on our cruise ship and parts of train ride in Italy. But it did work when we needed it to work. It even worked about 30 minutes before our ship docked and 30 minutes after it docked. But it didn't work deep inside the ship. It had to be on the open deck. We used 1GB per month with automatic renewal ($9). We weren't downloading and uploading videos. We just checked the google map and email. So 1GB lasted about 3~4 days, so during our trip, we spent less than $40. If it didn't work, it's the location; not the device. In fact, it worked better in Italy than it did at my home in New Jersey.

Have yet to use this wonderful little device. But all set-up of it was a breeze. It was a gift for my partner who travels a lot. So he'll get a chance to use it on his travels this year to the Caribbean and Australia and all points in between. Choosing this was easy as it offers so much in the way of easy connection in a world where the adventure of searching for WiFi hotspots takes so much time and energy. No more searching for Waldo!

El producto funciona muy bien. Hay que seguir las instrucciones la primera vez, pero el funcionamiento es fácil.Por cierto, muy buen soporte del fabricate a dudas.
