Cheaper than Home Depot, anyway, by about a third. Fernco is a major brand, and these appear to be genuine. My local Home Depot wants almost $10 each for these, but they're often much more expensive than other stores. Unfortunately, they're the only large local hardware place, so I often end up buying online. These are a bargain and exactly as described. American plumbing is a huge disaster of badly named and badly designed pieces that are sometimes but not always compatible with each other, so rubber couplings are sometimes your best option.

Lower cost than the local big box stores if you can plan your project just make sure you order the right size.

Item works as expected at a reasonable price.

Good for use in sump pump installations.
