I have waited over 6 months after buying all 3 of the DVD's in order to review them honestly after a good length of time, I have been doing them at least 6 months around 5 times a week. I have to say they have changed my life, I go to an osteopath every couple of months and he has commented on how much more flexible my body had become and my stomach muscles have improved no end. I just need to know when the next DVD is coming out with more great information/advice and great moves for your back, as I will be the first to buy it. My back and all round body fitness had definitely improved a lot because of these dvd's :)

Best thing ever. I do these stretches every day now and kept bad back under control. Osteopaths etc didn't work for me this DVD did because of her explanations and targeting stretching.

I may have liked this had the DVD played properly i tried it on 3 different DVD players and I never got past the first 3 min intro as it jumped then completely froze each time. Ive asked for a refund as its clearly not working properly a shame as it was twice as much as some of the health DVD's ive purchased.
