I bought this for my bullet proof coffee and I'm almost finished with my first bottle. After reading so many reviews on plastic bottles, I decided I should get glass. I like that this smaller size is in glass.To solve the pouring issue I use a pipette. I realize most people won't have a supply of pipettes, but since I work with essential oils, I gave it a try.I also use this with my essential oils. It's odorless, tasteless, and clear. As for the health benefits of mct oil versus regular coconut oil, I don't understand it, so I can't say this is a better option. Many people feel they are benefiting from it so I want to continue using it daily. I try to stay on a low carb diet so I wouldn't pour oil and butter into my coffee all willy nilly and expect weight loss otherwise. Have I lost weight? No, but I am menopausal and I suspect I will have to fine tune the diet and portion control to drop weight. My exercise program is excellent. Ordering my 2nd bottle today.

This fractionated coconut oil has a nice rich texture, it's not a "slippery" as some I've had in the past...Perfect as a carrier oil for essential oil rubs.

I actually ordered this brand by accident, intending to order another brand, and didn’t even realize it until I got an email that it had shipped. However, I have been pleasantly surprised. There is no taste and I use it in my morning coffee every morning. I find that it keeps me from getting hungry and I’m able to do intermittent fasting. The customer service is awesome, responding very quickly and even sent me a pump for the bottle because I reached out with a question.

LOVE that it is SOLVENT FREE MCT Fractionated Coconut Oil from ORGANIC Coconuts, that it comes in an amber GLASS bottle, that I can take it INTERNALLY as well as use it TOPICALLY, and that it seems to give me a little extra ENERGY boost for my Gym Workouts or MountainHikes. I like that it is ODORLESS & FLAVORLESS AND it HELPS things move on out of my body sooner than later!I don't use it everyday only b/c I alternate the forms of Organic Coconut Oil products I use in my Healthy Lifestyle.I will likely keep using ESSENTIAL BLISS MCT OIL as long as they keep making an EXCELLENT PRODUCT! 😊

I like that it is really organic. But I don't know if I noticed that it made a difference in my diet. But I did notice many times after I took it that my throat felt scratchy. That only happens when I consume a moldy product. I don't think I wlll buy this again.

I was so excited to use this fractionated coconut oil with my essential oils and read a lot of great reviews about it. But unfortunately I wasn’t able to use it at all because it was delivered to me BROKEN. I noticed that it was leaking oil before I could even open it. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again just to be safe.

I've been on a keto diet for several months and the strips only show minor ketosis. Got this yesterday and put a somewhat overflowing tablespoon in my salad along with the usual olive oil and apple cider vinegar. The next morning the strips showed jumping up one level.So today (since the taste was ok yesterday) i put 3 tablespoons in my salad along with the usual stuff (big salad) didn't notice any difference in tast and drank the liquid in the bottom .A couple hrs later test strips showed MAX ketosis. So this stuff has done it's job as far as I'm concerned. Let me add the tablespoon is not the measured amount but a regular eating tablespoon which ain't a measured tablespoon it's less.

I bought this because i am looking for organic oil, and although it is described as organic n amazon, nowhere on the bottle does it say organic.
