The CIARRA CAS6201A 60cm Cooker Hood has a clean, modern stainless steel design and fits well above a standard 60cm hob. Visually, it looks good and doesn’t feel cheap, so it does improve the overall appearance of the kitchen. However, the extraction power is quite limited. It works fine for light cooking, such as boiling or gentle frying, but struggles with heavier cooking, strong smells, or a lot of steam. Even on the highest setting, the suction is not very powerful, which is noticeable if you cook often or use high heat. As a recirculating hood, this is somewhat expected. Noise levels are acceptable, and installation was straightforward. The controls are simple to use, and the lights are adequate for basic cooking needs. Overall, it’s okay for small kitchens or occasional, light cooking, but if you need strong extraction, you may want to look at a more powerful or ducted model.

Easy to install this cooker hood. Looks great. Has much better suction than my old one. The light is bright enough and it seems powerful. Only down side is it’s a tad noisier than my old one but does seem to work better. Great fit above the cooker.

What a great little cooker hood bit tricky to get little screws in but done looks so good

Hood looks very good in my kitchen. Seems to be working well. A bit noisy on fast speed but bearable. Wipe clean. My smart meter stays in the green when it is on.

This product isn't too good. There is a lot of noise when switched on. And the material is very flimsy and not of a good quality. I didn't like it.

Installée dans une petite cuisine, cette hotte CIARRA CAB6201A remplit correctement son rôle pour un modèle d’entrée de gamme. L’aspiration est suffisante pour de la cuisson classique (pâtes, légumes, viande) et elle évacue bien la vapeur et les odeurs si on la met à pleine puissance. Le bruit est présent, surtout en vitesse 3, mais reste acceptable pour ce niveau de prix. L’éclairage LED est clair et bien placé, même si un peu froid en couleur. L’installation a été simple (gabarit fourni), mais attention, la notice manque parfois de clarté. Côté design, elle est sobre, noire, et s’intègre facilement dans une cuisine moderne. Le filtre à graisse se retire sans problème pour être nettoyé, et il est possible d’y ajouter un filtre à charbon si on ne peut pas faire d’évacuation extérieure. En résumé : ce n’est pas une hotte haut de gamme, mais pour une utilisation quotidienne standard, elle fait le travail sans se ruiner.

Je n'ai pas utilisé toute la colonne mais tout était dans le paquet, même les fixations avec un schéma à taille réel, coller le au mur et vous n'avez plus qu'à percer. Légère donc facile à poser.
