Heroin is less addictive
Gorgeous!!! This is my first try of raw honey. It has a soft creamy consistency, similar to homemade fudge. The flavour is beyond heavenly. I’ve never wanted to eat honey straight from the jar — until now. Now it seems to be my favourite hobby.I love this stuff. I’ve had it in tea, coffee and homemade milkshakes. My favourite method is to just take it straight from the jar. It’s absolutely amazing.

Totally delicious. Excellent product.
I prefer set honey but sometimes I am disappointed with the texture, and also when it’s packaged in plastic jars. I was a bit wary about ordering on line knowing this was in a glass jar, but I needn’t have worried. It was so well packed and delivered on time. The texture and flavour did not disappoint either. Totally delicious. I will be ordering this again in the future.

Pleasant enough, didn't really meet expectations.
Had high hopes of this honey when I unwrapped the 2 x 1lb jars from their secure boxed pack - very interesting colour - looked like it had a high proportion of horse chestnut and clover, and although it was starting to granulate, it was still nice and soft. Not a very challenging flavour profile though. Tasted a bit commercial, like a set Gale's honey and it just didn't seem to have the individuality that an artisan honey from a single apiary ought to have, IMHO, but it may have just been down to a difficult year.

Odd
Raw, local/UK, set honey in a glass jar... What's not to like? The jar was leaking. The texture was too liquid. The honey was somehow separating (but not like crystallized honey). Not convinced by the taste either.Maybe a bad batch. Would not buy again.

Fabulous Honey
Fabulous honey with a distinctive taste. So very different from cheap, processed supermarket honey. Great on toast and porridge. I use it with lemon for cold and sore throat remedies. I put a spoonful in when I'm cooking stir fry to make a hot sweet chilli sauce. Numerous uses. Worth every penny.

It tastes very nice. I was suspicious of what Supermarkets sell
I ordered mine from Amazon on Thursday, and it arrived on the Friday. Been mixing a Teaspoon of Honey with hot Water. It tastes very nice. I was suspicious of what Supermarkets sell. I am glad that I ordered this delicious Honey from the county of Somerset.

Packaging query for Somerset Honey producers
This honey is delicious and I have been buying it for a while. Unfortunately the last two batches were leaking very badly. Mysteriously, once you clean the jar up, drips of honey still seem to be able to creep their way down the side of the jar. (And BTW, no I don't drink!) Cannot see where to contact the manufacturers so am leaving my comments here: it's a great product so could you please make the packaging in the lid area more secure, or better still change the lid? Thank you.

What a good quality product. I am well pleased with it.
This honey is just what I have been looking for. It is of the very hard set honey that I had as a child given to our family by a friend 60 years ago. I am surprised that it came from Amazon.
