The Copper Spur UL 1/2/3/4 series doesn't get updated for 2021. The "bike pack" models get updated in 2021 by adding the vestibule canopy-style fly (which the regular models got in 2020). A couple other models like the Tiger Wall UL series tents get a slight update with a new dye used to color the fabric in the tent, but those tents are substantially the same.

Yes it is sealed from manufacture

Is this tent treated with fire retardants?

I think all consumer products are some level of fire retardant these days. I know mine is now treated with permethrin insect repellant which works fabulously. It kills the skeeters that get in, keeps other creepy things out.
