I think my side-by-side pic speaks for itself! The before was taken last month. In both pics, I had freshly brushed teeth and hadn’t eaten anything before these pics—although on the Day 5 pic, I had eaten pizza before I brushed my teeth since I was meeting a friend. Both pics were taken on the same camera with flash in similarly lit rooms. And yet there’s a noticeable difference!I’m currently on Day 7. It’s hard for me to discern the level of whiteness my teeth are at using the comparison card they give you, but I think I’ve definitely managed to whiten my teeth by two or three levels. When I look in the mirror, I think I can see a change, but the level of whiteness fluctuates based on the lighting I’m in.Regarding any sensitivity and whatnot, I haven’t noticed any! I’ve steered clear of coffee and other sugary beverages as well as candies so this might be helping. I do admit I have had fillings and whatnot, but I don’t believe these are on any teeth that can be seen when I smile and thus are not touched by the strip upon application.I only use these strips at night before bed. I use the Professional Strips for ~1 hour and the Express Strips 30-45 minutes. I brush 30 minutes before, dry my teeth, apply the strips for the appropriate duration, and then I do a quick water rinse to get rid of the excess gel stuff left behind on my teeth after peeling. You’ll see white spots left behind, but they do go away!I don’t think you’ll achieve the pure white look without professional help, but I think you can certainly get a few shades whiter!

Actually works very well! I’ve had terrible experiences with other whitening strips due to sensitivity, but these are gentle enough yet get the job done. I recommended these to my boyfriend, and they worked even better for him.

Update: made my teeth way too sensitive. I had to stop usingI used the professional version on my first use. It states to leave in for 30-45 mins. I was out shopping and couldn’t get back home in time. Left it on for roughly an hour/10 mins. My teeth were VERY sensitive the whole day. Felt like I had no enamel on me teeth afterward. I can’t say whether that would’ve happened if I left it on for the correct amount of time. I’m going to try Sensodyne to make this terrible sensation go away. Feels like my teeth have been shaved on

I just had these delivered this morning and used one for 45 minutes. I’ve NEVER experienced something work SO fast! I can visibly see the whiter spots on my teeth, and with a few more sessions, I’ll be where I want to be! These are a new must have!!!

There was noticeable whitening after the first and second applications. After that the whitening was much more gradual. Overall, the whitening achieved was okay, but certainly not great. Teeth that started out more discolored than others did improve somewhat, but still remain more discolored. The biggest problem with these strips is the size, but most especially for the bottom strip. These strips need to be stretched out in order to cover enough teeth. This is not much of a problem with the upper strip. However, it is very big problem with the much smaller lower strip. It is hard to grip and then to pull on the ends of the lower strip with sufficient force to get it to stretch out enough to cover most of the visible teeth. If you apply too much force, in an attempt to get a sufficient stretch, a piece of the strip is likely to break off. Also, compared to the larger upper strip, it is more difficult to maneuver the smaller stretched lower strip into place and to get it to adhere well. The bottom strip definitely needs to considerably longer. It would also help if both strips were wider. This is because the strips obviously thin out when stretched and, for some teeth, it is difficult to get adequate coverage in the direction of the width of the strip.

I noticed a difference after 2 strips. I will definitely continue using these. If your concerned about the pain (as I was) it just feels like your teeth are sore however; it may vary on how sensitive your teeth are. I would say if your able to bite down on ice go for it.

If I could, I would give these a 10. They do not slide around on the teeth, but stay firm until you remove them. They don't have the usual caustic peroxide taste. I used them twice and my teeth are sparkling! I have never had whitening strips work this fast. Really great product.
