They are straight and they work.
The most important bit - they are straight. They are black as well and do a good job to block the light.

Doesn’t work for the top
We tried to use this to keep light from shining out of our curtain at the top. Did not work for that at all. Probably works better for the sides of blinds but does not work well for curtains.

Expensive!
It’s too expensive for this product but I couldn’t find it anywhere else so I had to buy these. The double-sided tape is horrible I had to put a wall screw to install.
