I have worn eyeliner most of my adult life and this is one of the best I have ever bought! It takes a little while to dry, but once it does, IT DOES NOT BUDGE! In fact, you are going to need an oil based makeup remover to get it off cause even face wash won't remove it! Even if you rub your eyes it doesn't move at all!!! In terms of the applicator, it's a firm brush with a little give on the tip, perfect for what I need! A deep black, not at all washy. Highly recommend, I will be buying more!

This US-made product has been tricky to get hold of up to now in the UK but now the packaging states there's a UK-based distributor, I'm hoping it will be much easier. If you've previously bought Wet & Wild H2O Proof in the silver/blue box in 'Ultra Black', rest assured this appears to be the same product in updated packaging. The one difference I can see is that the felt tip applicator is even finer - but very easy to apply broader strokes or build 'wings' if you want to. If you've not used H2O Proof before - wow, buy this and you're on the brink of discovering the BEST eyeliner on the market today at any price! It is intensely black and long-lasting, doesn't fade and it's easy to apply without any dragging on lids. It should stay on through heavy rain, tears, sweat etc and a bottle lasts for many weeks if you wear the product daily - no touch-ups required - so along with the great price it's truly good value. It can be a little hard to take off. At present I'm using a tiny dab of silicone-based primer as the grease seems to break down the formula but this is expensive so I may try micellar water which another reviewer has suggested. However, let's face it, the usual problem with eyeliner is keeping it on! Try H2O Proof - you won't regret it.

Love this liner. Easy application with the narrow tip. Doesn't get clunky. Being waterproof it's great for inner eye lining. Lasts on until cleaned with make-up remover. Great product

Shame because I really love how fine the tip is and how rich the pigment is, but this eyeliner tends to smudge and bleed despite being 'waterproof'.

Went on summer holiday and used it daily swimming in the sea and the eyeliner stayed on and DIDN’T smudge. Great product

Eyeliner smudges and transfers to upper lids! The brush is good, but the eyeliner itself is rubbish. Totally unwearable unless you want to resemble a raccoon with rings around your eyes. Even with primer and powder on upper lids, it still transfers! Would give this 0 stars if I could, worst eyeliner ever.

I've used this product before and I love it but by the time I got it, it was almost completely dried out and barely usable. Would recommend the product but not this supplier

Absolutely love this wet & wild waterproof liquid eyeliner the black is bold and easy to apply, dries quickly it's long lasting.

Si vous voulez un eye-liner qui tient tout la journée, c'est celui qu'il vous faut. Je n'ai jamais vu un eye-liner aussi puissant. J'ai même du mal à l'enlever au demaquillage tellement il tient bien. Même après une sieste il est toujours aussi net. Bluffée.
