Fantastic product
Started using this recently for rheumatoid arthritis when having a bad flare up. To my amazement it went beyond my expectations !! Reduced the swelling and took the pain right with it. It is now a daily part of my diet.

Good product
I just love this stuff. I have mine with hot milk. I take it out of its capsule and mix it into my hot milk and drink it before bedtime. I have sound sleep plus i have noticed it has stopped bloating of my stomach. My hairdresser has told me recently that my hair seems softer not as corse as before i can only think its the tumeric with black pepper that has done it. My skin is good too... my husband takes the capsules too he had a smokers cough for years but since using it his cough has virtually stopped.. it does not really have much of a taste you can feel the pepper when it hits the back of your throat but you probably would not if you took in its capsule form. Its our 2nd bottle and i will keep ordering it. Its a big bottle a bit expensive but a good product.
