After having an issue when receiving my runner (small patch of spilled dye) i contacted the seller to notify them and sent a photo to them, they apologized sincerely and explained all items are checked before being sent out but that myne must have somehow slipped through the net or it could have happened in transit, i explained i didn't want to return item as it was a bit of a a hassle and being so close to Christmas i didn't want to take the risk with a new one not being sent out in time as i bought this for my Christmas day dinner table, the patch is only small so i'm happy to keep it on my table and i've actually had lots of compliments on my runner as its very beautiful! i cant believe how good the quality is for the price! brilliant size, fantastic quality and price it just looks so classy and stylish! This totally makes up for everything, i received a sincere apology and a full refund with no problems! i will be ordering from here again, very professional company and im delighted with my runner i recommend to anyone!

This runner is very well made and looks beautiful on the table . I would have liked it a bit longer, as I have a table which seats 6, and it was exact, but apart from that it was perfect .

It's a beautiful runner. I put it in the washing machine for the 1st time and the tassels came off. It arrived all marked. The marks didn't come off when washed.

I read somewhere that purple oozes luxury, perhaps even more than gold does, so thought I'd go for that as my table theme. Handy, as it also went well with my wallpaper. This auberine, velvety table runner, along with its silver diamonte stones, certainly added a bit of bling to my dinner table.As you can see from the photo, it was sadly a little bit short for my table (which is supposedly a 10 seater but only comfortably accommodates 8 seats). Even though the tassles don't quite dangle over the ends as they should, I think it still looked good.It is a lovely addition to table linen and sets off the whole look very nicely. And the colour is a bit different, which I liked. Goes well with pale pink. I would recommend this table runner. I'm very happy with it.
