What's up with all the negatives?
So I have ulnar nerve irritation in both arms and my physio suggested it could be coming from the neck. I noticed my normal pillows were keeping my neck in awkward positions, so I decided to look for an orthopaedic pillow. Several hours of research later and I decided on this one.Frankly, from all the negative reviews here I was a bit confused - they boil down to:1. Horrible smell!2. Too small!3. Too soft! and4. Something genuinely wrong with the product. So I was expecting to have to deal with potential inconveniences.Pillow arrives, I take it out the box - super faint smell I can barely detect. Size - perfectly capable of fitting at least 2 standard sized heads (hypothetically), and firmness - enough so my head feels snuggly and propped up, in fact my head barely sinks in.I've slept on it for 4 nights now and I can tell you this - I'm looking forward to going to bed now. My sleep has turned into an experience of complete rest, the first morning I was so comfy I didn't even want to get up!Regarding the ulnar irritation, I can say my neck is definitely easier to stretch in the mornings, which aids the healing process.I'm super happy I bought this pillow and have already raved about it to friends and family.Disclaimer: I understand reviews are subjective, and it is possible some people really have a head double the size and/or heaviness of a regular one, or a very sensitive sense of smell, so take my review as well with a pinch of salt. :)

Sleep on it with a stiff neck. Wake up without one.
Apparently my head is too heavy for my neck, or more likely, I spend too long staring at my phone (which I’m doing right now). After a night’s sleep with this under my head, my neck was much better. It’s no replacement for proper posture, as its work can be undone with a few hours of neck-craning, but it helps start off the day correctly. It’s too small for an ordinary pillowcase, but can be used without.Smashing.

Thus far it has helped my neck problem and makes sleeping more comfortable. Only complaint is that it is on the small side. It would have been much better if it was made the same size as average pillow!.

Soft but decently supportive
I have been sleeping with a Silent Night brand contour pillow at home for a couple years and love it. When I needed another pillow for a second home I couldn't find the same one as I had at home already. I tried one other brand that was too thick and made my neck uncomfortable while sleeping. I'm quite short (5') and a back sleeper so prefer something that has a narrow side so as to not stretch my neck. This pillow has one side that is roughly 8 cm and one that is higher at approx 10 cm, useful for those few occasions when I do sleep on my side. Some reviewers have commented about the size of the pillow. It is small, though that's not unusual for a contour pillow. There isn't much to this pillow. It weighs almost nothing and is quite soft. Much softer than my original Silent Night one. But it is memory foam and does bounce back and gives me decent support for sleeping. I suppose I wish it was a bit more substantial and weighty, but in general I've been happy with this purchase.

Solid as a rock.
Having been recommended to get a memory foam pillow to help with neck and shoulder pain, I decided to try this one instead of splashing out on a ‘Tempur’ one which was in a different price bracket completely. Unfortunately, I have found this pillow extremely uncomfortable and it actually makes my pain worse. It is quite solid doesn’t appear to have any ‘give’ in it. I would love to try a Tempur, but the cost puts me off another expensive experiment. Try a hard block of foam in a pillow case if you want to know what this pillow is like. Couldn’t recommend it.

Great product!
Great product!!This is a grear product that I can not help myself to recommend it. The pillow is very soft and fits snggly in my neck for support when laying on my side. To be honest, this is my first time to use memory pillow. Before, I used traditional pillow. After using it, I can only use "amazing" to introduce it. I have had neck problems for quite some time now. This pillow gives me a good feel when I slppe. It’s higher end is the side I use and it has reduced my pain remarkably. I have used it for about one week, and now, my neck feels more comfortable than before. What a brilliant pillow! Recommend!

A very comfortable pillow
I bought this as a replacement for an old and very worn out memory foam pillow (it had gone completely flat).I have real problems with my neck and shoulders now and most pillows cause me problems but i have found this type to be perfect and to allow a pain free night. This has been an excellent buy, after a few days adjusting to it i am very comfortably, sleeping soundly and very pleased with the purchase. There was a bit of a aroma at first but it was mild and gone within a week or two.Overall a great buy and one i can recommend happily.

Excellent pillow for neck problems
Excellent product and very fair price given the fact it's memory foam. It's not thin as you may expect from a cheaper product but I absolutely love these pillows. I ordered one for myself and one for the husband and it helps to support your neck and I'm no longer waking up in pain with my neck as it's an orthopedic memory foam pillow. Highly recommend this especially if you suffer neck issues. Helps realign your neck basically. 10/10 for me!
