Works great gets very warm even on low setting. Lightweight and comfortable, I forget it im even wearing it sometimes.

I ordered this to wear when in the range with my daughter. They are kept cold and it keeps me warm. It works amazing. I wasn't sure when I ordered it but I am sure glad I did.

I purchased this a year ago to help with the arthritis pain in my neck (from a car accident in my 20's) during the cold winter months. I got it just in time to use it during the early morning set-up and live tv production of a Thanksgiving high school football game. It kept my neck nice and warm during set-up. But, we realized someone forgot the USB charger for the Internet hotspot we use to steam the game on the Internet. At halftime, the hotspot battery was about to die. Thankfully, the neck warmer can also double add a USB battery pack. It had enough charge left in it to keep the hotspot running for the rest of the game. Saved the day!One year in, the battery doesn't last as long. Once it gets down to about 40%, it dies. But I've got a ton of use out of it. And the battery still lasts a good amount of time. Battery wear is expected over time. I like it so much, I'm buying another one today.

great heat range, only wish it was slightly wider in the back of neck area

The product is too small for a person with a large neck. It also should have more than 3 Heat settings. Not very comfortable.

I like this I bought it for when I work and have some neck pain from some previous accidents. It warms up nice and the velvet cover is nice so I don't get burned. It's convenient as it is small and I can travel with it. The issue is battery life and charge time. It has been plugged in for almost 5 hours and it's still not 100% it's very slow to charge and once used it needs to be charged again so thats a bit disappointing. Also the settings are a little hard to adjust as you have to keep pushing the button to change the settings and sometimes it just seems like I am going around and around to get the setting I want. Its great when it's working as I wanted something for pain and a heating pad is bulky and this isn't in my opinion and it's not intrusive I am able to work with it on. I just wish the battery and charging was better as well as the settings.

I bought two.I usually am happy with 45C but if that gets too warm a triple click brings it down to 40C.This pares well with hand warmers, you can stay out in the cold just a little longer in comfort.They take a while to charge and I haven't tried using one as a power bank, but they do radiate toasty.
