Hubby, friends and I enjoy playing all types of card, dice and board games. Just bought this to add to our large variety of games. We liked Yammer so much, I bought two more sets! We especially like playing word games such as Scrabble, Quiddler and Word Spiel--this is fun to play and a nice variation on our other word games. The multiplier cards can really get your score up there; you do need to be able to do some math! Be sure to have sufficient tabletop room to keep the words that can be added to with more cards out on the table--would be difficult to play on a very small surface. Only downside is the cardboard box--I'd love to be able to buy a version in a sturdy tin!

We play games at our senior center and I'm always looking for something new that's engaging but not too hard to learn. We often play Quiddler. I found this game to play a little faster and it's just unique enough. Since it's a card game, it can be taken easily for traveling. I will caution that you need a lot of table space to play as you end up with words built with cards all over the table. Anyone can play and be successful if you have a decent vocabulary and can spell fairly well. Give it a try for a family game night.
