Great value, environmental friendly and safe - ticks all the boxes for me. Purchased for help with puppy toilet training and does the job at cleaning up mess and eliminating smells immediately. Love the fact that it is in concentrate that you mix yourself - will make up the litre bottle twice so much better value than pet shop brought alternatives.

Works brilliantly for my new puppy(French bulldog) and snakes. Does remove stains and odour and has only a mild smell to it that also disappears. Some stains soak a bit longer, but does the job. Great for people/animals with chemical sensitiveness. Have purchased again.

I've had this product about two months and bought it just before adopting 3 degus for a fairly large metal enclosure mounted on a stand (the cage itself is about 38" tall and 30" wide).As it was brand new when I bought the spray I only used half of the solution instead of the whole lot like it suggests for the first clean or heavy soiling. So far I have just under half of the spray bottle left, and that's with doing a big clean out once a week and one or two wipes down of the sides (needs a few sprays) during the rest of the week. So in total I think the product is going to last me around 4 months before I require some more solution!I use it with my boys still in the cage and clean each section bit by bit. No harm has become of my degus and they seem more curious about it than anything.It thankfully has a mild scent and if you leave it to soak for a minute or two as directed you can see that it literally dissolves the dirt, and the sticky mess that had been on the sides is easily wiped off - though the smell isn't so pleasant then. I leave the bottom to soak for longer due to heavier soiling.Although I use the spray for the initial wipe down, I then rinse the cloth in warm water with a little soap just to clean it off (as the fact that the spray turns the mess to a liquid state means it soaks in if you use a normal dish cloth like me.) I then just wipe the side again with the damp to make sure no residue is left. It always leaves the cage looking like new and with no bad smells!The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that I haven't compared to any other products so I am unsure how well it performs against others. I was thinking about also getting the Pets at Home cleaning spray to see the difference and I will post another review if I do! But this performs as desired for my needs.

This is by far the best cleaner ever! I use it to clean out my rabbits and it is the best thing I've tried. I even got given a hutch recently which had some stuck on poo which hadn't previously come off with scrubbing. A few sprays with probisa and some boiling water poured directly on to 'activate' and it just wiped clean! So great that it's chemical-free as I don't feel comfortable leaving chemical residue for the rabbits to inhale. Thanks for making such a great product!

This is a really good product. I bought it to use on my rabbits litter tray. Having 2 rabbits the litter tray needs changing daily and this removes the odour and any stubborn mess. I use this on their run and knowing it's harmless to them is brilliant. Will be purchasing again.

didn't really work for me - smell still there after several applications

This product doesn't work. My puppy seems to either not notice the smell or quite like it as he has wee'd in the same spot over and over again. Disappointed

I was looking for a product that was safe to use in our rat cage, but one that also had the capability of removing the strong odour that comes from buck urine. Look no further! This is such a great product and ticks all the boxes for me. It has made cleaning the cage quick and easy and a far more pleasurable experience than before. It also has a lovely scent and the cage no longer permanently smells. The smell comes back, but this product neutralises it, so after cleaing it is fresh rather than having a lingering background smell of urine. Where other products seemed to rinse the urine away leaving a lingering smell deep into the cage that seemed impossible to remove. This one removes it completely (thank goodness.) I also think this is a product my vet uses. I recognised the pleasant smell and it made me feel even more confident using the product. The reason I gave it four stars rather than five is because I do think it is expensive. Like another reviewer, I also initially purchased this version with the spray bottle, but have since purchased the concentrate. If you have rats too, buy this product!
