Superb reception over entire house
A few months ago I upgraded to a 900Mbps fibre broadband, and while my wired devices all get great internet speeds, my wireless devices (laptop, phone, iPad and others) were not so lucky. I have now experimented with the position of the 2 devices and am happy to say that my iPhone shows download speeds of between 450 Mbps and 750 Mbps in most of the house, there is just one corner of the house where it dips to 250 Mbps. To record the speeds, I move around all the room in the house with my iPhone and use the 'SpeedTest' app on the phone.I live in a 5 bedroom house split over 3 floors, so a reasonably big size to try and cover. Not a mansion though! All in all then, very happy. It was, as the product suggests, pretty easy to set up.The only downside is the price, it is fairly expensive. However, looking at reviews for other mesh systems on the market, no other system would give me the speeds and coverage I've found, but I know if I brought a slower and cheaper system, I'd just be hankering after something better.

Does what it says on the label
After trying another well known brand I researched what works best for a large country house with thick walls. The TP Link Deco xe200 came up on a few lists and after watching some comparison videos online, decided to spend the extra money on the xe200.My issue was that the previous WiFi mesh system kept losing signal for 10 to 20 seconds multiple times a day, which is unacceptable when working from home and on MS Teams calls most of the day.Found the Deco XE200 super easy to connect both units to my Gigaclear router. I was initially sceptical that 2 devices would be sufficient for a large house with thick walls, however it has proven to be super reliable and aligning with what it says on the label ‘whole of home mesh WiFi’. Appreciate this is an expensive piece of kit, however if like me, you have tried other options unsuccessfully and are working from home, then would recommend saving up and getting the Deco xe200

Very limited/basic
Unfortunately I had to return these.Coverage was great but other than that it was a very underwhelming pair of devices.Firstly if you want to keep your existing router and have this as a second router, you either have to accept everything connected to these devices will be nat'd to the IP connecting to your main router and then go out to the internet aka double nat. Spoke with their support and they do not support turning off the nat functionality although they have had alot of requests for this, this leaves you with either accepting the use of double nat or using the devices in AP mode which pretty much removes any functionality of the devices and become some overpriced dumb AP's.I have a 3gbps internet connection, I wanted to use the 10G port to be plugged into a switch and use vlans to be able to use the 10G port for both a wired backhaul between both mesh routers and to connect it to my ONT to do away with the ISP provided router so I can use this as my main router, this isn't supported eirher, the 10G port can either be used for WAN or LAN/backhaul.The throughput of these devices did not match what it says is achievable via wireless or wired. On paper these devices seem great but in real world use, these are very basic/limited devices even when running in router mode. Maybe in newer firmware releases it'll improve what functionality is available and configurable.

Devices never drop, massive range, peace of mind!
I am fully remote and required an upgraded mesh system. I previously had mesh 3 system around my 4 bedroom house but it was constantly dropping off when moving from room to room and never allowed me to have my camera on when sharing work content on conference calls. Since making the change to the TP-Link Deco XE200 AXE11000 Whole Home Mesh Wi-Fi 6E System, all of those issues are solved. My devices never drop and the range is fantastic. The app is also top quality and very easy to navigate. Well worth the extra few quid, especially for the peace of mind.

Double Natted through BT Smart Hub
I had used 5x BT Whole Home WiFi white discs for the last 4 or 5 years. These things were just awful and dropped continuously, needed resetting, and were just a nightmare in daily use, as one or more was constantly disconnected.I needed to keep my BT Smart Hub for BT landline access, so I double-natted the Deco XE200 AXE11000 to the BT router, and switched off the hub's wifi. I have been running this now for 8 month's without a single droppage in daily use, and speeds and connections are both good and pretty much seamless throughout the house.Following the power-cuts this winter both the mesh and devices reconnect quickly and without any problems, something which the BT Whole Home would never do.Happy, very happy.

Solved my WiFi problems
Having poor reception with my broadband router WiFi in the furthest parts of rehouse, I used powerlines and an access point to get WiFi in the furthest reaches. This gave me about 45mbps WiFi speed. I needed faster speeds so bought this to see if I could achieve it. Now getting solid 300+ mbps where I was only getting 45mbps. Brilliant product.
