Excellent product delivered quickly
Bought this LNB to replace our existing one as we had been experiencing a lot of picture break up even in good weather. Very pleased with the results particularly as we are in France right on the fringe of the latest reduced satellite footprint. Both signal strength and quality are very good. One slight drawback is the lack of markings on the LNB to get the skew angle right so had to guess based on position of the old LNB. Either I was very lucky or the skew is not as important as many would have you believe!

LNB upgrade?
Had my MTI blueline for about 8 years. Decided to try one of these Inverto Black Ultra LNB's to maybe help with weak signal from 4.8w and 1W. I was Amazed 12% on one transponder. Lots of LNB's work well with a strong beam but this is very good with a weaker signal. My neighbour borrowed as neighbours do and has ordered one. This LNB also pulls 7w and Amos Vert only. Triax 1.1 The difference is.. a channel will unlock and hold with this LNB. 12% increase in signal for me is welcome 5% would have been very acceptable and made a noticeable change in Lock. Amazing value.

One of the most reliable LNB I have purchased. Very good signal and reception of TV sat and channels. One minor negative note, test it immediately as out of the 4 LNBs I purchased one was faulty.

Just the job!
I bought this LNB to replace a Maplins Freesat kit one, so that I could receive German TV in the UK (to watch live Formula 1 and MotoGP) and it does an excellent job. Could do with a little more info in the box (such as exactly where to clamp it), but it works fine, so I guess it can't be that important. I use it with a Technomate 5200, also from Amazon, and it's the best satellite TV set up I've had in 10 years. Recommended.

Well worth trying for the price. A marked improvement.
Replaced an old Sharp LNB with this. We're in a fringe reception area and always had problems with the signal breaking up in poor weather. The Inverto LNB has improved that dramatically and provides a decent signal most of the time. Looking at the Sky digibox I can see that, although the signal strength hasn't increased, the signal quality shows quite an improvement. Difficult to quantify how much but I would estimate around 15%. That was without making any other changes. From the practical point of view .... the picture implies that the thread of the connector protrudes from the casing and leaves it open to the elements. That is true until the connector is screwed in and then one can slide part of the housing down to protect it. It's a neat design feature and was certainly missing on the old LNB. I would definitely recommend this product.
