Worth the money. This is so soothing to my dry, thin skin. This lotion has a patented intense treatment. Has a nice “unscented” smell. I use it on my arms as well on my legs. I have thin skin (my skin will come off if I put bandaid on). This has actually healed the rough patches on my arms and feet. It has a creamy, hydrating feel, but not too greasy. I was concerned that it would smell like other foot lotions, but it does not. On the tube, it also claims to improve circulation . This one is worth the little extra it costs. It is a keeper for sure! I have bought several over the last year.

I got this for my dad. He used only one pack but he didn’t see any difference. I got three more and see what happens.

It absorbs well, isn't highly scented, works better than any moisturizer I've ever used. I purchase it for the whole family. On very rare occasion (my fault for keeping it in a hot car)it might separate, but simply shake it and problem solved. This product I can only find on Amazon and I hope they never stop carrying it,or let me know how to continue to purchase it! I have been using it for 25years!! And swear by it!!

My husband is diabetic and the skin on his lower legs was is really bad shape; even though we were using another cream that was specially formulated for diabetic skin. Started using this one and the color and texture of his skin is improving. We are very encouraged by what we are seeing.

As a diabetic also with thyroid problems, my skin gets dry and cracked and yet needs protection. Neoteric Diabetic Skin Care Advanced Healing Cream is the best I've ever found! Upon application you immediately see a change and cracked feet heal after one or two days of a few applications. The box shows feet on it but I use it all over, especially on feet, legs, hands, arms and elbows. It's a little pricey but for this kind of healing I'm willing to pay. Also the scent is more like a medicated scent than a nice one but it is not disgusting nor is it a strong scent like Ben Gay or Vick's Vapor Rub. I HIGHLY recommend this cream...not for someone who wants a good smelling lotion but for someone who cares about healthy skin.

I have been a diabetic for close to 50 years. This has been the best and most effective treatment for dry skin and the concomitant issues that arise from dry skin. Highly recomment

This stuff is an ok moisturizer that smells strongly of lanolin - a scent that doesn't ring my chimes. It also tends to separate out which can be messy. Fortunately, I don't have diabetes but I do go barefoot a lot ( we're in the high desert so very low humidity) and the skin on my heels can tend to thicken, dry out and crack. This cream helps but most of the other popular brands that I've tried are better.
