Definetly does the job, wanted a gentle product. I have this tea on the night, and wake in the morning and everything is moving as it should but be warned this will continue throughout the day and even the next day. I have 1 at a push maybe 2 cups in a week depending on how backed up i am and because of how effective this is. I do not take this if I have work the next day and not near a toilet because this is guaranteed to clear you right out. You only need to leave the teabag in for a few minutes it is powerful stuff and tastes quit nice.

It’s a very good and effective product, to drink, which works the next day, especially if you are constipated.

Love these tea bags

I’ll give it two for taste as it’s a nice flavour but describing this as gentle is a stretch too far. It works far too violently. I’ve used senna tea for years so this isn’t my first time, but of all the ones I’ve tried this is the most uncomfortable. Stomach cramps, the works. Make sure you’re not too far from the conveniences a few hours after drinking this. Not great if you believed the title that it was gentle relief!

Quality of tea is good but delivery quality is often lacking. Recent delivery arrived with package open and missing bags in separate bag outside. Appears to be second hand stock
