Must Buy For All Climbers!!!
This is probably the best book that I have bought since taking up climbing a couple of years ago. Having been quite lucky only sustaining mild injuries I decided to buy this book to learn more about the body and how it works for climbing. It has helped me to adapt and diversify my training schedule to help improve my climbing whilst reducing the risk of injury! It is also great for learning to identify different injuries, when you should stop, slow down and what you should do to recover. I highly recommend this book!

Extremely comprehensive collection of prevention, definition, and injuries
This book is great. I have been climbing for about 4 years, but I've missed about 1 and a half years due to injury. I was getting tired of repeatedly injuring myself and thinking of packing it in. This book has changed all that, and completely reframed my thinking. The main focus of this book is on education about your body while you climb, and how to do it more safely to prevent injury. I climb way safer and better because of this book. No injuries since reading it, and it is well organised so you can dip in and out of it again and again. Vital reading if you plan to climb long term.

Learn How To Avoid And Treat Climbing Injuries
I bought this book for my daughter, who is a keen climber. She read the book cover to cover in a few days. My daughter said it was a great book that would not only help her to aviod injury as a climber, but would also help her in her work as a Red Cross Firstaider.

There is an unbelievable wealth of information contained in this book. Useful both as an instructional tool for preventing and for diagnosing and rehabilitating injuries, and also as a reference guide for (seemingly) every climbing injury imaginable. Written clearly but intelligently; thoroughly researched and fully referenced. An empowering book that hands us as climbers the tools and knowledge to keep ourselves fit and climbing. This is honestly a gift; buy it, read it, share its insights with everyone you know

A must have for all climbers or any fitness fanatics who are prone to injuries

Why you get injured? It is not just one bad move...
This is an insightful book to learn if you are en route to injury, what are the route causes to injury and how to deal with them. This book is particularly useful in today environment when all kind of information is up on the internet, but we cannot track back the origin and validity.

This is a really great book, it gives a really good insight into injuries and how to prevent them and as well as simple treatment. I think all climbers should read this book especially young climbers and their parents.
