Well I personally have one thing to say that it will take some time to assemble the chair as I took 15 min to assemble it. While assembling this chair I realised that the product material is very good and sturdy. It's weight may be around 3-4 kg . The clothes used is as per guidelines which is safe for baby. It's a very good thing for my baby. The vibration system is working well. So , overall as per my experience it's a worthy baby rocker.

Quality is okay, assembly went well no missing parts or misaligned joints, additional cushioning would make baby feel more comfortable appreciate if this is added to the product in next update, overall would say product is fair, wish this to be Made in India than importing from China

I had ordered this as a Diwali gift for my grandchild who was visiting us for a few weeks. Little did I know how disappointing this product would turn out to be. There are many things which are not right or good about this rocker. It only looks attractive and cute but is totally not worth it.Missing parts and bad packaging - The first order had less screws and wrong screw sizes so I ordered a replacement because a total return/refund option was not available. The replacement order also had the same problem with the screws. By this point I was angry and had no time to ask for a replacement of the replacement since my grandkid will go back home in a few days. Secondly, there was no assembly pamphlet available in the replacement package. Thirdly, the product came in simple bubble wrap package inside a cardboard box. Seemed liked a second hand piece. What kind of professional packaging and service is this?I managed to find a YouTube video on how to assemble and bought a screw from a local shop in an attempt to still make it functional.Poor Design and Safety - very poorly designed. The safety belt is not safe enough. The baby's full body is not supported safely and baby's head may hit the sides when it tilts. This is probably because of the 3 point safety belt supporting only the waist. Definitely not suitable for very young infants. The hanging toy bar is very low almost hitting the head and face of my 7 month grandkid. The musical toy volume is very high, almost scaring the baby, didn't find a way to reduce the volume.When you take off the toy bar, the grooves at the side are very likely to hit the baby's head when the baby tilts to the side. So it's very dangerous to leave your baby on its own even for a minute.Returns - For the price of this product , there MUST be a full refund and return policy. Instead, I was forced to get a replacement with the same problem again. I'm not sure if Amazon and the seller actually read my reason for return while sending the replacement product.Overall, I'm extremely unhappy with this product. Absolutely not recommended!!

It's lightweight and serves the purpose of seating a baby who is yet to sit by themselves without support. However the plastic on one side of the hanging pictures was pressed so it keeps coming off and the vibration function did not work despite putting cell. Also cell insertion is tough with screws etc. I would have returned the product but however was in a hurry to get a seat for the baby so didn't return it.

I bought this for my little baby who is just almost 3 months old and this bouncer is very cute and quite useful for him . Secure position for baby to sleep or nap in it. The frame allowing bounce while you are away for minutes in it's comfy bedding and the colour and the toys are also of good quality , My little one just love spending play and nap time in it .

The design is all wrong and is not comfortable. The bar with hanging toys for not fit and the rocker is tilted and crooked on one side

This bouncer is very useful to make baby sleep while playing. Baby liked it the most. It's very useful and helpful for new born. Very sturdy and easy to install as well. Good buy.
