These fantastic pants are brand new and look/feel nice in person. They have two front pockets, the bottoms are unhemmed, and they are black with red/blue stripes. It's the type of wool that has a cool feel to it, not coarse or heavy. The tag says 10 but the least measures more like a 4 or close to it. The actual waist measures about 31", the actual length/inseam is 35", and the front rise is 13". Please check the measurements to make sure they will fit. How to measure your own pants: Lay out a pair of pants that fit you well, measure across the waist, and double it. If it measures 15", that means your actual waist is 30". Then, stretch the leg out and measure from the bottom of the crotch to the very bottom of the leg. It will usually be between 28" and 35". Lastly, you measure the front rise from the bottom of the crotch to the top of the waist. This will usually be between 6" and 15", depending on whether they are low/medium/high rise. We want your pants to fit, especially since returning them is too costly due to shipping costs. This will help you in all future orders as well to be sure you purchase pants that will fit you.
