This product is not recommended to be left on the hair more 60 minutes with a shower cap on. There is no benefit on leaving the product on any longer as the hair will only absorb enough to repair the bonds. Please follow the step by step instructions for best results.

Q: Does it help to heat it while treating it?

Yes, it depends on the hair length. Shorter length can get 2 to 3 applications, medium length 1 to 2. long hair 1 application. The hair does not need to be saturated with the product. Apply and comb hair from roots to ends.
