Very easy to use but I cannot tell if the UV ...
Would have earned a 5 star if the item also dries the shoes as described. It only warms up the shoe when you set it from 2 hours and above. For 30 minutes to 1 hour, there is no warmth, But it was well packaged, very easy to use but I cannot tell if the UV is working or not but the light shines through.Update... This is only for Trainers. Won't fit High Heel shoes unless it is a wide fitting Size 7.You also need to handle with care. The handles broke one 2 weks before the other. The light still comes on though

First time trying - one light bulb not working
You’re not allowed to take shoes with sterilisers out of the bag while it’s working but how then can you see if it is working? No light strong enough it’s going through my shoes and through the bag. So I checked light bulbs while Ishoe was out of the bag to discover that 1 light isn’t working properly. What a waste “cleaning” my first 3 pairs of shoes...Might give good review once I receive a working pair. However, for the shoes that had the one working light bulb: you have to trust it works as you can’t see a difference.

Excellect product which does exactly what it is supposed to do.
I was so pleased with a pair I bought a couple of months ago that I bought another pair. These ones have a much bigger timer option (up to 6 hours) than the others; a very welcome bonus. They work really well and remove all unpleasant foot smells. However, you have to give the machines a chance, so wash your feet often!
