I first bought this cider vinegar a 18 months ago on the recommendation of a friend and much as I love her, I was sceptical. She told me that drinking cider vinegar in a glass of water assists with indigestion and acid reflux, as well as arthritis, high blood pressure and high chloresterol levels. I was getting a bit desperate as my indigestion had become so persistent that I was taking medication every day, and my GP had recommended the strictest, most miserable diet imaginable.I tried this cider vinegar on the basis that, if it didn't work on my indigestion, well, it would still be a high-class product with some incidental health benefits. My indigestion started to improve after about a week - I take 1 teaspoon in a glass of water three times a day. I'm aware that some people recommend much larger quantities but my dosage feels right for me.I have become used to the flavour of authentic West Country cider vinegar and don't need to add honey now, although that does make a refreshing drink. A year later, I never suffer from indigestion unless for some reason I don't have the cider vinegar with me, in which case it returns after about 24 hours. I travel a great deal with my job and always have a small bottle of cider vinegar in my bag - even take it through customs in a little plastic bottle when flying (though security do sometimes want to test it, ha ha!)I have suffered with arthritis from a very young age and it's expecting a bit much for this to be cured by drinking cider vinegar, but I do have pain-free days since I began drinking cider vinegar. My knee joints have surprised me by gradually losing a lot of the swollen, heated look over time. My blood pressure, oddly enough, has gone down to 115/70 which is much lower than its previous 140/80.My hair, skin and nails are stronger and healthier than two years ago, also.I love the fact that this cider vinegar is grown on one specific farm in Somerset, supporting our British farmers - that's almost as important to me as the health benefits. For the price you get a whacking great eco-friendly bottle (bio-degradable plastic), and if kept in the fridge it's as good a value as those little bottles of stuff from the health food shop.This cider vinegar, when used in cooking and on salads etc does taste delicious just as a foodstuff. It's pretty much a clear cider, which I prefer, but if you keep the bottle for several weeks a substantial 'mother' forms. I feel convinced that it's therefore a 'live' cider.

wow, this stuff tastes amazing. I have a couple of spoon full in a glass of water in the morning and (unlike almost every other kind of apple cider vinegar I've had) this stuff is delicious. It definitely has a cidery quality. beautiful in salad dressing too.

I have no reason to complain about the service or product. I didn't know what to expect in terms of what was being sold, but from what I have read about using Apple Cider Vinegar, this product is right for me. It is cloudy in colour which is what I expected, not sure I would want it to be any darker. The fact that the bottle is plastic is fine. It is thick enough for constant use. I keep mine in the fridge. I like the fact that it is produced in the UK and supporting a small business.

Beautiful tasting acv. The best I've tried. Others do just taste like sharp vinegar but you could mistake this for an unsweetened cider. Will definitely buy it again. It is packaged well and I don't think it being in a plastic bottle matters. The taste is great.

This is the most superb Apple Cider Vinegar. I purchased it to improve my health & found it tastes wonderful mixed in with apple juice. I've read about it's blood pressure lowering properties & for me it definitely works. I will re-purchase this again.

A life changing product. For most persons it is really good for your health.Helping relieve many conditions. I already feel the benefit after only a few days. But you have to keep at it.

Really good ACV with plenty of mother.The only thing I don't like is the plastic bottle. I prefer glass ones. I could somehow smell the plastic coming through, but maybe it's just me and being oversensitive to smells.

Smells and tastes delicious. For your stomach/diet just dilute with warm water and drink (add a touch of honey and lemon, or fresh ginger if you want to change the flavour). Or just use instead of your usual vinegar on salads. It is delivered in a plastic bottle with the mother included. I will be buying again from this seller.
