First ever 4 star for Joe
Well, I bought the whole set and I'm going to try and leave at least a blurb or two for all of them as I watch them. The set list here is similar to the RAH disc. And apparently this was the night before that show but night 3 of this 4 disc catalog all in a row. I love this guy but this is far from his best show. I think they are tired and fried and it shows. The whole band is not their usual focused happy selves. They all seem subdued and not too into it. Audience too. Laid back even for an English crowd. All in all the playing is still good and the sound and picture are adequate. But they're just sort of going through the motions. Worth having if you're a fan but otherwise get any of the RAH discs.

Another wonderful job, Joe!
Another great set of discs from one of the most surprising and amazing guitar players of all time! Joe and his mates deliver such a marvelous list of songs, played like the bands in the seventies used to do: with passion and perfection. It is really good to see that the blues rock genre has, finally, a true king! Buy all four; they're all sensational. One of my favourite tracks: "Tea For One" (by Led Zeppelin).

Great muisic and talent...
I first heard him at work when someone was playing a cd of his, live from Beacon Theater, NYC and was so impressed by his playing and the general feel of the concert I couldn't wait to look him up when I got home. I bought all 4 of the Tour de Force DVD's and am unable to say which is the best. I enjoyed all of them, equally as much as the original music I heard at work. If you love to hear good guitar work and great songs, you'll enjoy this very much.

I love everything Joe Bonamassa does
I love everything Joe Bonamassa does. He is a great musician, his shows, which I have collected most of on DVD are really well done. I live very rural so getting to shows isn't an easy adventure, besides, watching a concert in your living room with the wood stove cranked up is the best.

Love, love
Love, love, love this concert video. Joe Bonamassa is amazing, and he surrounds himself with equally amazing musicians. If I had to pick a favorite performance from this concert, it would be "Who Killed John Henry". Watching Joe Bonamassa play guitar feels like you are just now discovering how awesome of an instrument the guitar is.

Simply fantastic
Wow. Blown away by this show. Everything you could want is here - an acoustic opening followed by a powerhouse electric set with Joe at his finest. The song list included a few that I had not heard live previoulsy, and the performance of Just Got Paid may have been the best I've ever heard. By far, my favorite of the series to this point. Now on the the Royal Albert Hall.

Superb
With all due respect to the first reviewer, it's not the concert experience we're reviewing here, but a BD/DVD of that concert. If the film crew ruined your evening I sympathise absolutely - I'd be angry too. But I have to say that a show that didn't work on the night works very well on 'the small screen', and to put off potential buyers by awarding one star is a little unfair. The show begins with five acoustic songs (with a superb version of Woke Up Dreaming), before the concert starts 'proper'. All songs have a slightly different arrangement, so there's no real feeling of 'heard it before' - and I think the version of John Henry on this disc might be the best yet. Other highlights are Zep's Tea For One, Jockey Full of Bourbon, Sloe Gin, and a blistering Just Got Paid. The other fellow also complains about the 'pitiful faux marshall amp' packaging - but that's a different product (the 4 disc boxed set). The 3D pictures and cardboard glasses are crap though, I agree.

Genius!
Tea For One was the very first Bonamassa track I ever heard in 2009 and I have been hooked ever since. As that song is on this particular DVD I was keen to listen to this first of the four Tour De Force concerts that came out last month. It certainly doesn't disappoint!Cradle Rock,Driving Towards The Daylight,Sloe Gin and John Henry (which gets a new arrangement) are all also superb.I love the line up of this band, and you can see that outstanding musicianship is the thing that binds them together.Acoustic, blues, rock they are all here, enough for any fan.If the definition of genius is making the hard things look easy then the man is definitely a genius.

A concert showing many sides of Joe
All of the 4 new Tour De Force DVD's bring something new in terms of performance. Joes recently output level has been nothing short of staggering, driven by a management team who clearly are focussed in maximising revenue. Even so, a fantastic concert showing a mix of acoustic numbers following the recent show in vienna, then more traditional Rock / Blues content from Cradle Rock onwards. Joe is in great form, and his voice and playing seems to have gone up a notch further, making him one of the most prolific and consistent performers out there today. Tea For One is a particular highlight on this disc for me.However, if funds are tight, buy the shepherds bush empire disc, "the blues night", which is the best of the 4

As always from Dodax great price and superb delivery
As always from Dodax great price and superb delivery, now the bluray another blistering performance by the great Joe Bonamssa, in my opinion probably not quite as good as the Royal Albert Hall but I will still give a 5 star rating.

Rock night
A much slicker and showmanship orientated performance than the Borderline but it is pure balls out bump and grind mixed with some of the most melodic and delicate picking you'll ever likely hear on stage. The band cooks and is clearly very into it but the audience look like they might as well be sat at home watching the TV for the most part.
