When this chair arrived I saw that it was almost 90% plastic build but I ignored it but once I set it up, I could immediately tell the build quality is bad. The handrest wasn’t stable and the leg rest metal wasn’t stable too. The caster wheels that came with it were really bad quality and even after replacing them with 2 other types it still didn’t move smoothly on normal surfaces but on my Woden surface it wouldn’t move at all no matter how hard I pushed it. I refunded this product and bought one that was cheaper and way better than this and was more of a metal build. 2 stars because the leather was somewhat comfortable but other than that everything was bad.

Easy to assemble with clear instructions - but the seat base did not fit properly on top of the gas strut.This meant that the chair wobbled and the seat height immediately dropped as soon as you sat on it,Returned for refund.
