Fabulous product
I have been using this product since two years and really works well. The new one is even stronger n does help in keeping the rats away. In the new packaging they are also providing masks for safety. Definitely recommended.

I had a lot of issues with rats in my parking, but after using Tom Cat Rat Repellent Spray, the problem is gone

Full package, seems to work
This is a 200 ml spray can comes with mask, gloves and nozzle. Got the car washed and Sprayed under and over the engine bay and also near the bumper and boot area. Along with with this also got the society to do rat control in the basement area, so far all good, did not see any dead rodents, not able to confirm what worked, but bottle lasts just about for 2 use, once properly and then for a touch up only, so I believe this has to be a recurring buy, will update if have more info.
