Great HTPC Case
This came through as head-and-shoulders the best HTPC case I could buy if I wanted to keep the budget sensible, whilst fitting enough components in to also make it a decent gaming rig. It fits a MSI Z87-GD65-GAMING ATX Motherboard in with ease, and accomodated my GTX 760 GPU with no problem. I could even stick another one in by the side in SLi mode without too much effort. There is plenty of space for drives (12 if you're some kind of drive nut), with two slots for SSDs above the ODD on the front, which works well, as one of mine turned out faulty when I started the install, and getting at it to remove and replace was easy. The 3.5" bays are vertically stacked, and here you have to watch you don't baulk the GPU. A little forward planning and you're ok though. Pros: Roomy case Good looking Three case fans included, and they are whisper quiet You really can treat the case as any other PC case, as there is plenty of space Cons: No protective film on the front to protect the brushed aluminium from marks during the build No IR port The positive pressure method of case ventilation was new to me, but I can understand how it works, and if it reduces the dust ingress into the case I'm happy with that. The case has built in mesh guards that should capture the majority, although the pair under the case will take some getting at once it's in the cabinet. In fact, I've ordered a couple more fans to up the ante a little and increase the positive pressure further. My Mobo only has four fan points though, so a couple of splitters will be needed to spread the power around. Very happy overall. I can live without the IR port, but the lack of protection on the front of the case is a bit of a downer. Maybe you could carefully tape something to the front during the build, but it didn't occur to me until just. Oh well! :)

Solid, Big
Many moons ago most PC's were desktop styled then of course the tower design took over. However, there are some advantages to this style and for me this was a good choice partially because I will probably rack mount it - using the optional mounts - at some point in the future. Currently this is sat on a small table next to where my wife uses it and it reasonably neat looking in this position. Of course if your bag is massive amounts of LED's, water cooling and glass panels then this isn't the case for you. If you want to be a bit more stealthy then it could be ideal. It's full sized and thus has plenty of room for anything you may want to install including the ever more massive GPU's that seem to have become as big as the motherboards today. It's well made and has plenty of natural ventilation which could be fitted with more fans if needed. It comes with one case fan which, is as near to silent as I could imagine. In use this PC is quieter than I expected and the single fan plus plenty of vents seems to allow good all round cooling. Inside you get the usual mounting points, a bag of fixtures and the front panel connections which, are simple to connect to your motherboard. Overall, this is a great choice if you want to have a rack or desk mounted case for tolerable money.

Great case for a HTPC
Easy to build in, I wish it had a bit more HDD space but not enough to take away a star. Easily fit a large rtx2060 in there with still enough airflow for all the components. Looks nice enough that I don't mind having it on a shelf rather than hidden away in a cabinet

Good case for price, but large and still somewhat cramped
I wanted a SilverStone for ages for a server w/RAID that was using a cheap(er) case so I finally got this in order to improve cooling + still fit in a TV rack. - Compared to other GD cases, it is cheap, almost 1/2 of GD06/07 which I liked more, but since the front panel is plastic (why?) I did not feel they were worth it - It can use plenty of 12" fans and the PSU is mounted on its side with its fan (at least moden PSUs) blowing straight out the case (side). Some cases have it blow down which I find worse - It is not that deep (36cm?) so that it does just about fit in a TV rack. - Looks good; OK I see what other people say about the paint, it does not bother me but I do agree the quality should have been better - It "oozes" quality - even the box is really strong and nice - not sure why AZ sent it in yet another box - I think it could have withstood anything. - It can fit normal ATX boards with loads of space for expansion cards, e.g. 2 GPUs, 1 TV card, 1 dual/quad gigabit server card and so on. - You can easily use a water cooler - even one with 2 fans - like the SilverStone slim one. However, though it can fit 3x 3.5" HDDs (one in a 5.25" adapter) they are all on one side (left) while on the right there is nothing at all. Sure the PSU cables - especially if you did not get a modular - might have caused a few issues, but as it is - there is a lot of unused space there. On the other hand, the 5.25" rack just about misses the DIMMs (make sure they are not too high) and CPU cooler - thus things are still cramped. It would have been better to put it on the right where the PSU is. I feel I should have gone for the Milo, much smaller - the only issue would have been getting 1/2 (half-height) cards + 8" fans. For the price it's OK but could have been better.

Netzteil: 700 Watt be quiet! System Power 9 Non-Modular 80+ Bronze RAM: 32GB G.Skill Trident Z schwarz/weiß DDR4-3600 DIMM CL17 Dual Kit M.2 SSD: 500GB Samsung 970 Evo Plus M.2 2280 PCIe 3.0 x4 NVMe 1.3 3D-NAND TLC (MZ-V7S500BW) Gehäuselüfter: 3x be quiet! Silent Wings 3 High-Speed 120x120x25mm 2200 U/min 28.6 dB(A) schwarz und 2x be quiet!

Bastante espacio, aunque no excesivo.

Premium looks. Has slots for four thick 12cm fans (or two radiators) so you can cool an rtx3070 rig with ease. Enough space for an ATX mobo but check the measurements before you try to fit a 3080/4080. No cable management features though. Has two bays - one for a 5.25 DVD drive and one for a 3.5in drive. Of course you can fit up to 8 2.5in SSDs if you purchase special bay converters.

Audio ,blijft steeds mooier in Aluminium, of Aluminium-Look
