Q: Are the incence sticks in need of drying, curing, or some other process, to remove the chemical smell I'm getting?

I agree, these do not smell good at all. I forget what I wrote in my review but I think they smell strongly of some cheap sickly soapy substance. It might be better to give them away or throw them away. I would recommend Geet Govind or Nag Champa, perhaps by a different maker, or if you want a more spiritual scent, Palo Santo.

Q: does it comes with stand??

You don't need to buy a stand. Just drill a hole at 45 degree angle into any spare piece of wood.

Q: is this made with natural ingredients and not synthetic as it actually got aloe vera in it ?

Sorry don't know but they smell nice
