Great product.. Does all I expected. Quick to heat up and prints perfect. The supplied suction cup holder is not really useful as it does not stick and not hold the pen very stable. Its probably the same with all brands, but I wish the power cable was a little longer.. But very pleased with the product

When I received my 3Dprinter pen it was working fine I used most of the filament when I dried to use it again the next day I could not feed the filament in again so I am unable to use it I would like a replacement as I only had it a few days the name of the pen is Sunveza printing pen could you please send me the address so that I know we're to send it please it has a one year guarantee.
