Great game!
This addictive game combines a great theme (Greek mythology) with good tactics and some basic math thrown in. It plays quickly and we often bring it out with our 8yo son, equally enjoyed by him and us adults.Highly recommended, as well as the other Gamewright card games, where the ones we have tried all have great staying power:- Sleeping Queens is currently our family's favourite card game, requested over and over again by our 5yo and (almost) 8yo and equally enjoyed by us parents. While the age recommendation is from 8 years, our 5yo has no problems with the rules and tactics of the game (although she does need help with basic addition which is a minor component).- Duck Duck Bruce (simple push your luck game, perfect from as early as 3-4 and great fun for adults as well, our favourite after Sleeping Queens, perfect to bring to restaurants/airports)- Rat a Tat Cat (the first Gamewright game we tried with our then 5,5 yo, a firm favourite for a year or so until displaced by Duck Duck Bruce, but still very much recommended.)Frog Juice also get great reviews, will be ordering it for Christmas this year!(Come to think of it, we have also tried Too Many Monkeys which is quite uninteresting, at least to adults. Try the above ones instead.)

A good game to keep on the shelf for when you have a few minutes
As a family we have had this for several years now and it still comes out fairly often. Its a good time-filler game before bed time, and it's easy to teach to new friends. I have introduced children as young as 7 to it, as well as people in their seventies. And they've all enjoyed it.It does involve 'counting' so I guess those who freak out at numbers might not enjoy it. But the counting is usually very manageable (technically, it's mostly 'bridging through 10' which most children learn in lower primary school). The simple aim is to be the one holding the Zeus statue when the number reaches or goes past 100. There are many ways to gain and lose the statue so you're always on your toes! It's just a deck of numbered cards, a few special card, and a little statue. Its very transportable, can be set up in seconds and any number of people could play. It just works. Anyone with a family who are into games and enjoy mental maths... It's a no brainer: get it!

Great game!
Brilliantly fun little filler game at a boardgame night or great for playing with kids to brush up on their basic maths at the same time. Everyone we've ever introduced to it has enjoyed it. This particular copy appears to be authentic and of good quality. :)

Fun and educational
I love this game (possibly even more than my 6 year old) as it's fun but it's also excellent for childen practising mental arithmatic. It includes maths concepts such as rounding up or down to the nearerest 10 and adding 10 to a given number. It's quick to play, engaging and you can add a little strategy with the God cards once you know how to play. It's one of my favourite quick card games and enjoyed by the children and adults in the house.

Good family fun with a maths element for young children
Great family game with a maths element, if you want your kids to learn without thinking about it. This game seems fairly complicated at first, with multiple ‘god’ cards with different instructions but you can pick it up fairly quickly during the first game and it becomes more interesting when you figure out the different strategies you can use to win each round.A fun game for younger kids (ours are 8 and 6) but would also be fun for teenagers who like to try and ‘get one over’ on their parents, with a sneaky strategy.

fantastic
This game is great! It came promptly and is reasonably priced. The game is good for all the family especially on trains and long journeys. It is compact coming in a small box, although if space is at a premium you can take it out of the box as it is just a pack of cards and a figure. The more players the more the fun. It can get quite hectic as you have to remember to do a number of things in your go and at the same time other players could be butting in. It is also a game of strategy, especially towards the end. We never stop playing it!

very small box with a set of cards and a plastic figure of Zeus, in it. Expensive for what it is.
