Healing Light Tarot: 78 Full Colour Tarot Cards and Instructions

This tarot is one I've had as an app for a while, which is how I now assess whether I want to possess the physical copy - in a houseful of tarots. I decided to buy the deck and booklet because I found it worked well. Its appeal to me is its design: the silhouettes of each subject are suggestive and thus open to wider interpretation. I am no lover of photo realism which seems to paint the cards into a fixed mode: the Healing Light Tarot is marvellously free of this. It is also not a Rider Smith Waite clone, which is a wonderful relief: the author/artist has his own vision, which I much appreciate. Some cards are firm favourites. The cards interact well together, and readings are clear and unambiguous. Recommended for any beginner.

This is a stunning deck in the RWS tradition and I enjoy it a lot. I am only giving 4 stars however as quality control could be better - the Strength card has a grey line running down the middle. I would exchange the deck but I know someone else who bought the deck recently and the same issue is present in their Strength card. Looks like a batch issue.

A lovely Deck, beautiful imagery

Love this deck as the cards are lovely to handle, they're smooth and glossy and easy to shuffle and fan out beautifully. They're different from other detailed decks as the images are mainly silhouette and light but find I use my intuition a lot more which is what I wanted to do.

I don't have this deck, yet, it looks lovely. However to anyone reading the reviews, alot of the 4star reviews are for a different deck; the quantum tarot and Not the healing light. This is quite annoying for a prospective buyer, like me, who looks at reviews to come to a decision of whether or not to puchase. I have tried to report this but Amazon has employed a robot to respond, so they don't understand! Shame . Just thought all you guys reading reviews should know.
