Military Army Style Camo Olive Flashlight Torch Lantern Angle Head (Olive, Large)

I made the mistake of not being at home when Royal Mail tried to deliver this item, and was greeted upon my return home with one of their red cards. Thinking that Covid may have changed things, I read the details to see if I could still go down to the main office to collect, which I could (although they did state that they'd prefer if I arranged a re-delivery). I was going to be close by them in a couple of days time, so I decided to call in and collect. I checked the website to double check any changes in opening hours, and arrived to find the place shut. Whilst sat in my car outside, I checked the website again, and still had over 3 hours before they were due to close.Back home, and check the Amazon page again. It still said that Royal Mail couldn't deliver, and that they would (in bold text) try again. I tried the contact Royal Mail link, and "contact" really needs to be looked up in a dictionary by the staff at Amazon, as all you get is a series of options, all aimed at getting you to arrange a re-delivery, and none that actually put you in touch with a real person. The red card, still has collection as an option. Why.I know...why don't I just go for the arrange a new delivery date option. 1.Why should I, when they have collect as an option. 2.The Amazon track package page still tells me in bold type that they will try again. 3. Give up another day of being frightened to take a shower for fear of being held hostage by yet another red card.Other delivery firms seem to manage, knowing how many drops each vehicle is going to make. where those drops are, and how long it's likely to take. If they get it wrong, then they keep the tracking system updated...so that my 2pm delivery gets moved to a 4pm delivery, at about midday. I can't ask for more than that.The last point. This seller chose to use Royal Mail.

I've always liked this style of torch. They are somewhat iconic after all. I had a genuine US army one many years ago and out of nostalgia just wanted one for my desk. This is nowhere near the "bulletproof" quality of the real thing but is an affordable version for people like me who just wanted a "toy". Sadly mine has blown its bulb twice now on the first day of owning it and I really wasn't abusing it, just trying the different lens filters out. After turning it on for probably only the fifth time, the bulb blew and then again soon after with much hassle replacing it. A decent toy, but not to be relied upon when really needed.

Not as robust as the genuine military issue but still a good low light torch with changeable filters.

although this looks like what i ordered i was fooled by the description (Large) - it isn't.i was expecting something that took U2 size batteries it's my own fault for being old i didnt know they are now called D size and this takes a type smaller.

I like the fact that you get 3 colours lens.It's the best buy for the value I recommend this item for the quality, workmen ship well done
