Snoring detection didn't work.
The snore stopper device seems to work when tested in that it sends out an electrical shock when the test button is pushed but it never seemed to activate when I was asleep even though I knew it was turned on. When I tried to get it to activate by pretending to snore the socks rarely happened and seemed totally random.Good idea but this device wasn't reliable.

more effective than a poke in the back
This doesn't have the feel of a quantity product but it seems to do the job. Unfortunately I do snore pretty badly and have done for a very long time. This little thing strapped to my wrist at night does seem to be helping though. My long suffering husband has happily reported that my nightly chain saw impressions stop when I wear this device. I've slept without it a few times and my snoring returned.The little wheel thing for controlling the intensity is very small and it can be difficult to turn off without looking at it. I generally take mine of when hubby gets up for work but have to turn the light on to turn it off. The strap doesn't feel very secure when I first put it all together but it hasn't fallen off yet.I don't expect it to last forever so may buy another one now ready for when mine dies.I don't think it's too much to pay for something that allows my husband a good night's sleep and for me to wake up without that sore noise and throat that snoring causes.I would definitely recommend this device and have already told several friends about it.

Never stopped the snoring and totally stopped working after a week

anti snore device that actually seems to work.
Would have received 2 days after ordering but due to bank holiday and it not fitting through letter box had to wait till Tuesday to pick it up. Tried it that night woke up the next morning without the regular dry throat which was good but had woken me up a few times due to the motivational jolts to help you move around being too high, finding the happy medium will take time the second night must have got it right as the wife said I was so much quieter. The third night after a few pints was a lot louder but this was because I didn't have it set high enough but as my body absorbed the alcohol the snoring got slowly quieter. Woke up this morning seemed to have had a good night's sleep.But be wary if you have it on a high setting that you don't move your arm to fast or jolt your arm as the shock will definitely make you jump, but that's what makes it work. So far it does what it says on the box.This product was the cheapest one I had found but look around as you can get them slightly cheaper.
