Pieces 25 x 25 cm Lovely Small Patterns Fabric Patchwork Cotton Mixed Squares Bundle

I bought this fabric to make face masks. You get lots of lovely patterns which for the most part match the description but there are a few odd ball fabrics with large cartoonish patterns. I don't have a sewing machine so sewed two pieces of this fabric together by hand. The biggest problem I had with the fabric was upon washing it before use. All of the edges frayed BIG TIME and they all came out of the washing machine in a tangled ball which was a nightmare to cut apart. Unless you want to spend a long time prepping the material I'd recommend using a sewing machine, if you have one, to hem the edges before the first wash so you don't have this problem. I think the material is nice but very expensive for what it is. Unfortunately this seems to be the going rate at the time of this review.

Bought these at the beginning of lockdown to make masks, and the quality is lovely. They are perhaps a tiny bit thick to use if the mask is one of the 'pleated' designs and double sided, but the colours and patterns are so pretty. Really nice and clean too. Very happy with my purchase. (Next time I wouldn't make the masks double thickness, or would perhaps do a 'none-pleated' style instead.)

Disappointed, several cartoon characters such as pigs, deers and bears. Very babyish.Not as described. Be prepared for pot luck as you don’t get all what’s pictured. A few are the same as the picture but lots aren’tMaterial is ok tho

I bought some crinkle sheers and cut the fabric to cover jams etc in a vintage style.

This is a great little bundle of fabric off cuts. Exactly what I needed to make some face mask. The colours/patterns were not all exactly as the picture but very similar and some even nicer! They are what I would call medium thickness fabric but I intend to use double thickness and interfacing for the masks so it is ideal. Well packaged in a zippy bag too.

As described, lightweight cotton, 25 different fabrics, blended colours which will make a cute patchwork. Arrived promptly and nicely packaged in a reusable pocket. I look forward to making a quilt for my Granddaughter with this fabric.
