How long should you leave it on your face?

Can I use it over night? Do I need wash my face after use it?

You cannot leave it on over night, and I recommend washing your face before use rather than after if your face tends to be dry, although it should be rinsed off with warm water while gently rubbing your face. Pat your face dry with a towel to lock in moisture and prevent premature wrinkles.
